PoE Orbs Trade / Exchange Rates Updated for Patch 3.10. The tables below display the current exchange rates of Chaos Orbs and Exalted Orbs in PoE. This two type of Orbs are the main PoE currency items in terms of trading, and we have decided to limit our list to them. The vendor recipe system is relatively simple: you just sell a town vendor a certain set of items, and in exchange, you’ll be receiving either an orb or a piece of gear. Recipes are divided according to the number of required items.

The vendor PoE recipe approach enables the player to sell items to any town vendor in exchange to have a multitude of Poe currency items and gear. Every recipe requires semi-specific Items or combinations of items be placed into the sell window simultaneously, and also the outcome will adjust primarily based on any Recipes that have matched. Unless noted otherwise, every Item could only be involved in a single recipe at a time.

NO.1 Poe Chaos Orbs Recipes
A Poe Chaos Orb is a currency item that can be used to re-roll the random modifiers on a piece of rare equipment.
If a rare item below 60 added to a Chaos Orb recipe, then the Recipe will change to an Orb of Chance recipe.
Level of lowest-level item: 60 to 74 -> 1× Chaos Orb
Level of lowest-level item: 60 to 74, all unidentified OR all 20% quality -> 2× Chaos Orb
Level of lowest-level item: 60 to 74, all unidentified AND all 20% quality -> 3× Chaos Orb
1. Use almost on a daily basis. Both require you to sell a full set of rare (yellow) items:
2H Weapon (or 1H and Shield), Head, Gloves, Boots, Chest, Belt, Amulet, and two Rings.
If all Items have +20% quality, you get back 2 Chaos Orbs, and you get one if you sell them without +quality.
Since finding rare items with decent +quality is relatively Rare usually use the non-quality recipe.
2. The recipe consists of selling a full set of rare items (as mentioned above).
However, they all have to be unidentified. Again, you gain 2 Chaos Orbs for selling them all at once.
You could also sell unidentified items all with +20% quality for 3 Chaos Orbs, but it’s usually far too tricky.
It’s a bit risky to sell unknown Items but if you find yourself with plenty of Items from Docks or low-level maps you might want to consider it.
3. Suggest for Poe Chaos Orbs Recipes
The biggest problem with these recipes for me is always Amulets. They drop Sparingly which is why You typically pick up all near-max roll (18% or more) Gold or Onyx amulets and use an Alchemy Orb on them.
By doing it, You gain an increased chance of a decent item You can sell or use, and if it turns out to be wrong, You can always use it for the Chaos recipe. You sometimes do the same with Prismatic & Gold rings and Leather & Rustic belts, although You never seem to run out of those.
Note that all items have to be level 60 or higher for the recipe to work! You can check the item level by picking up an Item from your inventory (don’t drop it) and typing /item level into the chat window. If the zone your Item Dropped from has monsters of level 60, then all items lost in it are level 60 or higher.

A set of 1 Chaotic Disposition can exchange for five Chaos Orbs.
A set of 5 Emperor's Luck can exchange for five Chaos Orbs. (any random currency)
A collection of 8 Rain of Chaos can trade for a Chaos Orb.
A set of 7 Three Faces in the Dark can exchange for three Chaos Orbs.
A set of 8 The Wrath can be exchanged for ten Chaos Orbs.
NO.2 Poe Exalted Orb Recipes
An Exalted Orb is a currency item that can be used to enhance a piece of rare equipment with a new random affix.
There no items recipe for Poe exalted orb. but you can use Divination cards to exchange for Poe Exalted Orb
A set of 5 Abandoned Wealth can trade for three Exalted Orbs.
A set of 5 Emperor's Luck might yield five Exalted Orbs (Random Poe currency).
A set of 12 The Hoarder can be exchanged for an Exalted Orb.
A set of 10 The Saint's Treasure can exchange for two Exalted Orbs.
NO.3 PoE Orb of Fusing Recipes
An Orb of Fusing is a currency item that can be used to re-roll the links between sockets on a weapon or piece of Armour. The Colour and number of Sockets remain unchanged.
Do what is listed below to increase the number of fusings you earn:
1) Pick up and sell six socket items with wrong bases (basically anything, not i84 regalia)
2) Convert these Jeweller's Orbs with Yelena in Act2 at 4:1 ratio
3) Vorici Daily sells you 20 fusing for 64 Jeweller's orbs

A set of 5 Emperor's Luck can exchange for five Orbs of Fusing (Random Poe currency).
A set of 5 Loyalty can exchange for three Orbs of Fusing.
A set of 7 Lucky Connections can exchange for twenty Orbs of Fusing.
NO.4 PoE Blessed Orb Recipes
A Blessed Orb is a currency item that can be used to re-roll values of the implicit modifiers on a piece of equipment.
Divination Card Exchange for PoE Blessed
A set of 5 Emperor's Luck has a random chance of being exchanged for five Blessed Orbs.
NO.5 PoE Cartographer's Chisel
A Cartographer's Chisel is a currency item that is used to improve the quality of a map. The amount of quality given depends on the rarity of the Map.

Recipes:
1× Stone Hammer/Rock Breaker/Gavel with 20% quality + 1× Any Map -> 1 x Cartographer's Chisel
Notice: Map and Hammer can both be standard, magic or rare.
Map with 20% Quality -> 1 x Cartographer's Chisel
Divination cards Exchange for Cartographer's Chisel
A set of 1 The Cartographer can be exchanged for ten Cartographer's Chisels.
A set of 5 Emperor's Luck can exchange for five Cartographer's Chisels(any random currency).
NO.6 PoE Chromatic Orb
A Chromatic Orb is a currency item that can be used to re-roll the Colour of sockets on a weapon or piece of Armour.
Recipes:
An item with linked blue, green and red sockets -> 1 x Chromatic Orb
3× Jeweller's Orb -> 1 x Chromatic Orb

NO.7 PoE Gemcutter`s Prism
A Gemcutter's Prism (often abbreviated GCP) is a currency item that can be used to improve the quality of a gem. Each Gemcutter's Prism will always raise the Quality by 1%.
Recipes:
Gem with 20% Quality -> 1 x Gemcutter`s Prism
Gems with 40%+ combined Quality -> 1 x Gemcutter`s Prism

NO.8 PoE Jeweller`s Orb
A Jeweller's Orb is a currency item that can be used to re-roll the number of sockets on a weapon or piece of Armour. The maximum number of Sockets still limited by the type of equipment and item level.
Recipes:
2 × Orb of Alteration -> 1 x Jeweller's Orb
32× Orb of Alteration -> 20x Jeweller's Orb
1 Orb of Fusing + 1 Chromatic Orb -> 1 x Jewelers Orb
Any item with six sockets -> 1 x Jewelers Orb

A set of 5 Emperor's Luck can exchange for 5 x Jeweller's Orbs.

An Orb of Alchemy is a currency item that can be used to upgrade a piece of standard equipment to rare.
Recipes:
3 x Identified rare items with the same name -> 1 x Orb of Alchemy
2 x Identified rare items with the same name and both 20% quality -> 1 x Orb of Alchemy
1 x normal, 1 x magic, 1 x rare (all 20% quality) of the same base type -> 1 x Orb of Alchemy
1 x normal, 1 x magic, 1 x rare (all 20% quality and unidentified) of the same base type -> 2 x Orb of Alchemy
One rare, one magic and one normal of same base type and with 20% quality -> 1 x Orb of Alchemy
Three rares with same two rare-names -> 1 x Orb of Alchemy
